INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
The 3rd International Summit on
Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (ISRAI2026)
welcomes speakers & delegates from all over the world. Below is essential visa-related
information to assist with your travel planning:
1.
Do You Need a Visa?
- Check if you require a visa to enter Germany using the Germany Visa Information Tool: https://www.germany-visa.org/germany-visa-requirements/
- Nationals of the EU, EEA, Switzerland, USA, Canada,
Australia, Japan, and several other countries may enter Germany for
short-term visits (up to 90 days) without a visa.

Visa Types
- Schengen Visa (Short-Stay C Visa): This is the most common visa for attendees visiting
for academic events, business meetings, or tourism (including
conferences).
- National Visa (Long-Term D Visa): For those staying in Germany for more than 90 days.
3.
Required Documents
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from your planned
date of arrival).
- Invitation
Letter (issued by the conference
organizers upon request).
- Proof of conference registration and payment receipt.
- Evidence of sufficient funds (bank statements,
financial guarantee).
- Accommodation details and return flight tickets.
- Travel insurance that covers the Schengen area for the
entire duration of your stay.

How to Request an Invitation Letter
- Invitation letters are available only after successful
registration and payment.
- To request an invitation letter, email your request
to israi2026@spectrumconferences.com with your payment receipt and
passport details.
5.
Processing Time
- We recommend applying for your visa at least 3
months before your travel date to avoid any last-minute delays.
- Priority/Super Priority services are available for urgent cases, for an additional fee.
6.
Visa Fees
- Schengen Visa (Short-Stay C Visa): €60–€80 (varies by nationality and processing speed).
- National Visa (Long-Stay D Visa): Fees may vary based on your nationality and the
length of your stay.
7.
Tips for a Successful Application
- Apply early to avoid delays and complications.
- Ensure that all documents are in English or include
certified translations.
- Clearly state your purpose of visit (e.g., conference
participation).
- You may need to provide biometrics
(fingerprints/photos) at a Visa Application Center.
