The 3rd International Summit on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (ISRAI2026) welcomes speakers & delegates from all over the world. Below is essential visa-related information to assist with your travel planning:

1. Do You Need a Visa?

  • Check if you require a visa to enter Germany using the Germany Visa Information Tool: https://www.germany-visa.org/germany-visa-requirements/

  • Nationals of the EU, EEA, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and several other countries may enter Germany for short-term visits (up to 90 days) without a visa.

2. Visa Types

  • Schengen Visa (Short-Stay C Visa): This is the most common visa for attendees visiting for academic events, business meetings, or tourism (including conferences).
  • National Visa (Long-Term D Visa): For those staying in Germany for more than 90 days.

3. Required Documents

  • Invitation Letter (issued by the conference organizers upon request).
  • Proof of conference registration and payment receipt.
  • Evidence of sufficient funds (bank statements, financial guarantee).
  • Accommodation details and return flight tickets.
  • Travel insurance that covers the Schengen area for the entire duration of your stay.

  • Invitation letters are available only after successful registration and payment.
  • To request an invitation letter, email your request to israi2026@spectrumconferences.com with your payment receipt and passport details.

5. Processing Time

  • We recommend applying for your visa at least 3 months before your travel date to avoid any last-minute delays.
  • Priority/Super Priority services are available for urgent cases, for an additional fee.

6. Visa Fees

  • Schengen Visa (Short-Stay C Visa): €60–€80 (varies by nationality and processing speed).
  • National Visa (Long-Stay D Visa): Fees may vary based on your nationality and the length of your stay.

7. Tips for a Successful Application

  • Apply early to avoid delays and complications.
  • Ensure that all documents are in English or include certified translations.
  • Clearly state your purpose of visit (e.g., conference participation).
  • You may need to provide biometrics (fingerprints/photos) at a Visa Application Center.

8. COVID-19 Guidelines

  • For the most up-to-date information on Germany's entry requirements, visit: Germany COVID-19 Entry Guidelines.
